Returns / Exchanges / Refunds


We DO NOT accept returns, unless otherwise mentioned, however we may accept exchanges if we deem necessary. See below for more information on exchanges.


If an item was heavily damaged during transit or there is some other problem with the order, please send us an email at with your order number and photos of the damage or issue for further inquiries.

Customers have 14 days to request an exchange after your order has been marked delivered. If the said time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions: must be returned in the original packaging and same condition that you received it. (heavily damages, all bundle items, etc)

Exempt Items

Some items are exempt from being returned/exchanged such as Final Sale items labeled B-GRADE or SECONDS.

Additional non-returnable items include: Gift cards, Downloadable products, and items with signs of purposeful damage.

Return Shipping
We have a 50/50 policy regarding shipping costs for exchanges. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s) back to us and we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item(s). 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once the return shipping cost is paid via invoice, you'll be emailed a printable prepaid shipping label. Please pack exchanged items in the original packaging or similar packaging with the new return shipping label covering any previous labels.

After we receive and confirm the returned item(s), we will ship the replacement(s) and send you new tracking information via email

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


There are certain situations where full or partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Order Cancelations

Customers have 24 hours to request an order cancellation, from the time the order was placed to be able to receive a full refund. Otherwise we do not cancel/refund orders.

Partial Refunds

When requesting an exchange for an item received with issues, we may offer to either process an exchange OR offer a partial refund and the customer keeps the item. The latter option is purely up to our own discretion.

Late or missing refunds

First check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If it still does not show up, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
